Do you have a car park?

We do have our own car park, there are limited spaces which are available to our guests on a first come first served basis, these spaces cannot be reserved. The car park is at the rear of the hotel accessible via an archway on New Street.
The post code for the car park entrance is HR8 2DX which is different to the main hotel post code.

Alternative Car Park –
St Katherine Car Park is Long Stay Pay & Display just a short walk from the hotel. The post code is HR8 1EA.

Are you dog friendly?

Your four-legged friends are very welcome to visit the Feathers Hotel.
Dogs are allowed in all areas excluding Fuggles restaurant, you can dine with your well behaved dog in our bar and lounge areas.

In regards to staying with us, we do have a set few rooms in which we allow dogs to stay in, please phone us direct to book a dog friendly room on 01531 635266.

There is a charge of £15 for up to two dogs, per night.

Accessibility

Due to the age of the building we are unable to fit a lift into the hotel.
Our restaurant and bar facilities are all on the ground floor.
Please be aware that there are no ground floor bedrooms at the hotel however guests may request a lower floor if required.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is from 3pm on the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee an early check in, however, if your room is ready before 3pm you are welcome to check in early at no charge.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.
